Requires a Mining Approval, Reclamation Plan Approval, General Plan Amendment to redesignate Type 1-A Agricultural Resource designation and change the Agricultural land use designation to Quarry, rezoning from Commercial Agriculture (CA) zone district to Mineral Extraction (M-3) zone district, Environmental Review, and review by Agricultural Policy Advisory Commission.
