SAA #R6-2003-034 Move and reconstruct the diversion structure on canal entrance and river; construct new 800 foot wing levee; raise 6500 lineal feet of levee and 4500 lineal feet of dam three feet with fill material falling to the landside of the levee and dam; place three railroad car bridges; and construct and restore wetland mitigation during the process of project implementation so that there is no net loss of wetland.
