Adoption of a resolution waiving the filing of a report of waste discharge (WD) and WD requirements of the following three types of projects conducted on lands administered by the USPS Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU): 1) water quality improvement in sensitive lands 2) small projects in sensitive lands, 3) all other types with no disturbance in sensitive lands. The resolution will also authorize the Regional Board Executive officer to enter into a Mou with the LTBMU to define specific project review and approval procedures.
