Document Description
The project is located at Arroyo del Hambre, in the County of Contra Costa, State of California; Latitude 37.97308, Longitude - 122.1269; Assessor's Parcel Number 364-130-033. The project is located at the intersection of Alhambra Valley Road and Wanda Way, south of the City of Martinez in unincorporated Contra Costa County. The project is limited to construction of a 48-inch HDPE stormwater outfall and energy dissipater. The outfall will discharge at the confluence of Arroyo del Hambre and Alhambra Creek, near an existing 8-foot diameter culvert that runs under Wanda Way across from protruding bend in the channel. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) are executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0007-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Security Owners Corporation.
