- Modify the existing full cloverleaf interchange on U.S. Route 50 at Watt Avenue. Two loop ramps will be removed; two signalized intersections to allow left and right turns from U.S. 50 to Watt Avenue; new center structure will connect existing north bound and south bound overpasses; widen overcrossing to six through lanes with an auxiliary lane in each direction and one dedicated (reversible) travel lane for a BRT line; and a safe route for pedestrians, bicyclists and wheel chairs with undercrossing and curb separated path.
