Both parcels are to be served by a private road, individual septic systems, and a shared well that served both proposed parcels. Currently, proposed Parcel 1 has a home and approved septic system. The applicant is also requesting an exception to the Class IV Humboldt County Road standard requirement to construct a Class III Road. The applicant has offered to convey secondary dwelling rights, for each parcel, to the County in order to achieve approval of the lower category road.
