The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0003-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, David Craig, Chevron Environmental Management Company. The applicant proposes to restore three crossings on two agricultural roads, by removing un-permitted fill, a wingwall, headwall, and culvert.
