The proposed project consists of the development of a two-story, 52,764 s.f. Federal Magistrate Courthouse building on approximately 4.4 acres. The building will house the operational office functions of the court and have one courtroom with the potential to add a second courtroom in the future. A conditional use permit is required for public offices and places of public assembly due to the courtroom. A height variance is also proposed as part of the Conditional Use Permit.
