Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA# 5-2003-0097) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Santa Barbara, Aiport. The applicant proposes to replace four metal culverts with two concrete box culverts, widen the channel to a uniform 8 feet, and create a berm approximately 900 linear feet to increase storm water capacity to the 25 year event.
