Document Description
The 2004 General Plan Land Use and Mobility Elements will guide overall physical development in the City through the horizon year of 2015. Within the framework of the General Plan, the Central District Specific Plan will guide detailed physical development within the City's Central District. The Zoning Code will implement the land use plans and policies contained in the General Plan and Central District Specific Plan, as well as those in specific plans for other City areas.
