Document Description
The project would involve the construction of a one-story temple of 8,455 sq. ft., a one-story chapel of 750 sq. ft., a one-story fellowship hall of 14,560 sq. ft., and a one-story, administration building of 2,735 sq. ft. Access to the proposed church facilities would be provided via an approximately 740-foot long, 25 foot wide paved roadway constructed within the westerly half of the publicly dedicated Plaza del Centro right-of- way from its intersection with Hollister Ave. Water service would be provided by the Goleta Water District. The project site is currently served by two, 2" water meters. Sewer service would be provided by the Goleta Sanitary District.
