Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a tentative tract map and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Oak Tree Permit to authorize the development of 93 single family detached residential homes, 93 senior condominium units and a 2 acre lot for a new 8,000 square foot fire station, all on a 234.8 acre project site. The CUP is needed for density-bonus development, hillside management, and the Significant Ecological Area designation. An Oak Tree Permit is requested for the removal or the encroachment of up to 226 oak trees.
