NOTE: Revised The 22nd DAA prepared the Master Plan to guide planning and development at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Del Mar, CA, for a period of fifteen years. The 22nd DAA prepared an EIR to analyze the Master Plan's potential environmental effects. The EIR included a description of the proposed project, an assessment of its potential effects, a description of mitigation measures to reduce significant effects that were identified in the Draft EIR, and a description of alternatives that could address potential impacts. The Draft EIR was circulated for a 120-day public review and comment period from October 9, 2009 to February 8, 2010. During this time frame, the document was reviewed by various state, regional, and local agencies, as well as by interested organizations and individuals.
