NOTE: Revised The 22nd DAA determined that the No HOtel Alternative was the environmentally superior alternative, and on April 18, 2011, the 22nd DAA certified the EIR and approved the 2008 master plan, no hotel alternative. On September 13, 3012, the Sierra Club field a petition for writ of mandate, alleging violations of the CEQA. On January 4, 2013, the court directed the 22nd DAA to undertake new environmental review regarding traffic generation and mitigation, lack of water supply physical baseline, and lack of ghg emissions baseline. The 22nd DAA has complied with this requirement by preparing the Revised DEIR.
