Seventy- five and one-half acres on the 89.3 acre site will be leveled of cobble piles to approximately pre-dredge grade. The site is designated as Agricultural land use in the Merced County General Plan and is zoned A-2, Exclusive Agricultural and located on the West side of North Snelling Road, one half mile north of East Robinson Road in the Snelling area of Merced County.
