A Final Environmental Impact Report for the Renaissance project which consists of a master-planned gated residential community of 395 for-sale single-family detached units, resident and guest parking, and a community recreation area. The homes would consist of small lot traditional single-family residences, homes clustered around courts, and homes clustered around driveways with a pedestrian paseo encircling each residential cluster. Internal landscaping consisting of tree-lined streets and individual yard areas is proposed for each home. Landscaping and privacy wall are proposed for the perimeter of the site. Primary ingress would be provided form a guarded main entry station on 90th Street.
