Document Description
Coastal Development Permit to allow the transport and placement of approximately 5,000 cubic yards of material from the east side of Highway 1 to the west side of the highway at the same location, and construction of a 180-foot long berm approximately 160 feet above the beach to prevent the material from falling into the Pacific Ocean. The project includes a monitoring plan to assess the effects of potential slide movement and sloughing of material onto the shoreline below.
