Document Description
The proposed project is intended to act as a guide for future development of the college and present projects that carry forward the campus goals. These goals are to be achieved by providing: state-of-the-art learning environments, enchanced infrastructure, aesthetic improvements, increased safety through building and lighting improvements, and improved parking. The components of the proposed project are broken into three categories: new facilities, proposed modernizations and infrastructure upgrades. New Facilities in the 2009 Master Plan Update: Visual, Communications and Performing Arts Training Complex Carreer and Applied Technologies Building Annex to Cox Building Bookstore Parking Structure Proposed Modernizations in the 2009 Master Plan Update: Cox Building Cox Building Little Theater Fitness and Wellness Center Lecture Laboratory Infrastrcuture Upgrades in the 2009 Master Plan Update: Normandie Campus Entrance Renewable Energy Program Utility Systems Campus East Pump House & Fire water
