Document Description
The objectives of the Master Plan are to increase educational resources, increase LASC's presence as a community resource, and foster a positive campus image. The Master Plan will be completed in two phases. Included in the Master Plan is the renovation of the four main buildings, expansion of the stadium, and the addition of eight new buildings (approximately 273,067 net gross square feet of enclosed building area) and an increase in parking from 1,306 spaces to 2,270 parking spaces.
