In late 2002, the Oxnard College Facilities Planning Steering Committee (FPSC), was formed with the purpose of overseeing the development of a Campus Master Plan to guide future growth of the 8,000 student post secondary educational facility. The Campus Master Plan will contain a program for the long-range physical development to accommodate a growth in full time equivalent students from the current 2,462 to 6,438 in Year 2018.
