Document Description
This project provides for construction of maintenance and modification improvements within the 43.5 acre San Joaquin Marsh Mitigation Site, which is bounded by Campus Drive to the west, Carlson Avenue to north and San Diego Creek and the Michelson Treatment Plant to the southeast. The mitigation site was constructed under terms of US Army Corps of Engineers, Section 404 Permit No. 96-00088 MFS and CDFG Section 1603 Agreement No. 5-243-96. The site is located within the City of Irvine, in Orange County.
