Document Description
The proposed project would provide 34,614 gsf in a one and two story structure (the MND evaluated 34,846 gsf). The facility would accommodate instruction and research space for the Department of Dramatic Arts and Acting, Dance and Design Studios, and a general assignment classroom space (150 seats). The project involves the replacement of the partial two-story office wing west of Hatlen Theater. The office wing to be demolished contains 19,720 gsf.
