The proposed project is a Coastal Development Permit/Site Development Permit and Lot Line Adjustment, to be considered by the Hearing Officer (Process 3), for the demolition of an existing two-story single-family residence and caretaker's residence: construction of a two-story 21,847 square-foot single-family residence with basement, cabana and swimming pool, and two detached garages on a proposed lot line adjusted 7.48-acre lot; and creation of a 0.68-acre remainder parcel.
