Document Description
The project consists of a General Plan Amendment (GPA), Rezoning, Development Agreement and Tentative Map for a 44-acre parcel located in the southernmost portion of the City of Greenfield. The triangular shaped parcel is bordered by Elm Street on the north, El Camino Real on the west and U.S. Highway 101 on the east, El Camino Real and U.S. Highway 101 meet to form the southern tip. The proposed GPA and Rezoning will allow for the development of a traditional neighborhood concept supporting a variety of uses, including single-family residential, commercial and an area of mixed retail/office/residential use.
