Project consists of the acquisition of land for the purpose of establishing a park, where the landis in natural conditiona, may contain archeoogical and/or historic resources, and does not have a management plan. There is no evidence that hazardous waste is or has been on the property. The project is included as "Non-OHV aquiation (no improvements or immediate public use); transfer of ownership only" in the Department of Pars and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR 15300.4.
