Document Description
This well is a 430-foot deep by 32-inch diameter gravel enveloped well located at the northwest corner of the Mondavi Warehouse site at 790 North Guild Avenue. It has a sanitary seal to 186 feet below ground surface. It's estimated to produce 1,400 grm. The site is located in a M-1, Light Industrial Zone, so chain link fence with wood slates will be constructed around the perimeter of the well site instead of a decorative block wall.
