Project consists of the repair of damaged sections of the security fence at the El Capitan Water Plant, which will involve removal of approximately 100 linear feet of damaged fencing material, relocation and installation of four fence posts (approximately 30" deep & 10" in diameter set in concrete) along the eastern boundary twenty feet westward, and reinstallation of new fence.
