Document Description
Pursuant to Section 1601 of the California Fish and Game Code, the Operator, on the 31st day of December notified the Department that he intends to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow of, or substantially change the bed channel or bank of, or use material from the streambed of the folllowing water: six unnamed tributaries to Trinity River in the County of Trinity, State of California, on state Highway 299W from 0.4 mile east to 1.2 mile east of the Manzanita Creek Bridge pm 29.4 to 30.2.
