Demolish dilapidated non-historic Penderson house and accompanying garage (located at 5125 North Bank Road) in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Current unstable condition of these vacant structures poses a potential safety hazard to general public. Allow local Fire Protection District to conduct a controlled training burn exercise on structures, then restore land to original contours.
