The Operator proposes to widen Stony Point Road with two additional travel lanes, one in each direction, install of a second box culvert, extend an existing box culvert in Roseland Creek, install of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, planters, and utilities. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0413-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Rohnert Park.
