The project includes the reconstruction and widening of Stony Point Road from Highway 12 to Hearn Avenue. Several roadway alignment alternatives, including 1) Minimum Widening; 2) Full Widening East, and 3) Full Widening West are evaluated in the SEIR. All of the alternatives would consist of widening the existing two and four lane arterial to 4 and 6 lanes.
