Document Description
The City of Hayward in condition with San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and East Bay Municipal Utility District propose to construct a pump station and approximately 1.5 miles of pipelines that would connect the EBMUD and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Water Systems in the event of an emergency such as natural disaster or outage associated with repairs.
