The proposed project consists of the development of a new General Plan for Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park. The General Plan will guide future management direction at the Park over an approximate 20-year planning horizon. The General Plan contains a comprehensive and integrated set of park-wide goals and guidelines for the long-term management of the Park that focuses on protection of environmental resources, enhancements to visitor use and opportunities, and improvements to administration and operations of the Park.
