Document Description
The project will redevelop the existing Jack London Square area. The project will intensify the retail, dining, and entertainment uses within this area, and includes a combination of office, retail, restaurant, hotel, conference/banquet, theater and supermarket uses, and associated parking. The project includes major open space areas and will enhance the main pedestrian public access walkway. The project includes up to approximately 961,000 net new gross sf of development, and demolition of up to 131,800 sf of existing commercial space.
