Document Description
The proposed project consists of replacement of a single 48-inch culvert under Fulton Road, just north of Alton Lane in Santa Rosa, with either a 42-foot by 60 foot box culvert or two 42-inch culverts as part of a project to widen Fulton Road from two lanes to four lanes. These culverts will carry an unnamed ephemeral drainage tributary to Santa Rosa Creek. The culvert replacement project will accommodate the reqlignment and undergrounding of approximately 200 feet of the ephemeral stream channel, and related ephemeral grassy swales, upstream of the culverts as part of the the development of an adjacent housing project, known as Woodbridge.
