The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0072-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chris Davenport/Development Solutions WR, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
The project is limited to grading, reforming, and filling of two ephemeral stream tributaries and creation of an in-kind swale.
