Document Description
The San Andreas Sanitary District is proposing to move the District's approved effluent discharge from the current location on San Andreas Creek to the downstream location where San Andreas Creek (via Murray Creek) flows into the North Fork Calaveras River. This move to a more downstream location meets the objectives of the State of California that effluent should be diluted by 20:1 with the receiving water. The scope of the project provides for the installation of a 12-inch diameter outfall pipeline.
