Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0066-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Feather River Recreation and Parks Department.
The project consists of a cut and fill grading operation to create three adult-league full size soccer fields in a developed community park within the 100 year flood plain of the Feather River. The graded area is intended to be used for athletic activities. Once each field is graded level it will be covered by a layer of topsoil and will be hydro-seeded with a Bermuda grass mix similar to existing grasses already present in the other public use areas of the park.
