Document Description
The project involves construction and operation of a buried potable water pipeline, approximately 11 to 12 miles in length. The gravity-driven pipeline would be up to 48 inches in diameter and sized for a peak capacity of 42 million gallons per day. The pipeline will convey potable water to portions of Alameda County by connecting the future Altamont Water Treatment Plant to Zone 7 Water Agency's existing Cross Valley Pipeline.
