Document Description
The applicant has submitted an application for a tentative tract map to subdivide the properties into 84 lots for "for sale" housing and one lot that will contain 255 rental housing units. The proposed project would consist of the demolition of 237 existing units of public housing and the construction of 303 new units of public housing. On the Easter Hill site, 219 new multi-family rental housing units, 30 for-sale detached houses, and 14 for-sale townhomes would be developed.
