The parcels are located at 1331 and 1349 East Kettleman Lane. The parcels are within the City Limits, and encompass a total of approximately 27 acres. The Parcels have an existing general plan land use designation of LI, Light Industrial, which is consistent with the proposed zoning. The rezone is necessary to allow the use of the property as an automotive sales, repair and collision center.
