The 2003 Pleasant Hill General Plan is a comprehensive update of the elements of the existing General Plan, including growth management, economic strategy, land use, circulation, safety and noise, conservation, and open space, but excluding housing which was separately adopted on March 3, 2003. Significant impacts expected as a result of the plan include construction air quality and roadway noise. The planning area does not encompass any active hazardous materials sites.
