Note: Notice of Availability of FONSI The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) propose to widen an eight-mile segment of State Route 29 (post mile 23.6 to 31.6) in Lake County (between the communities of Lower Lake and Kelseyville) to a four-lane expressway with access control.
