Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0425-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and game code to the project applicant, State of California department of Transportation. The project is limited to work in and around four drainage areas with watercourses associated with seasonal wetlands and vernal pools. Existing drainage facilities will be removed, abandoned in place, extend, or remain unchanged depending on the location. New drainage facilities will be constructed accomodate the new alignment. In general work wil include vegetation removal, excavation, grading, culvert improvements, installation of a wildlife crossing, a new roadside drainage stormwater control system, utility relocation, temporary detour roads, and reclamation of relinquished alignments.
