Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of a 20.4 acre parcel into four parcels ranging in size from 3.0 to 8.0 acres. A lot size modification of the five acre minimum lot size requirement pre zoning, along with Density Averaging as established by a Board of Supervisors Resolution allowed for parcels divided by two Airport Compatibility Zones is proposed. The parcel is currently developed with a single family residence, outbuildings, an agricultural building and an onsite wastewater disposal system. Water service is provided by the McKinleyville Community Services District. The new parcels will be served by on-site sewage disposal and community water.
