Ordinance to Rezone (02RZ-02) a 5.31+/-acre parcel, which is currently zoned RE-5 (Residential Estate, five acre minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. Revised Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 02TSM-08 to divide the 5.31+/- acre parcel into eleven lots, which range in size from 0.3+/-acre to 0.8+/-acre. Resolution of Application to LAFCo for a County Service Area for maintenance of interior roads and street lighting, and for support for the annexation to the Service Area Boundaries of the Jamestown Sanitary District.
