Document Description
Project is the construction of the 1,360 foot Gobernadora Creek Bridge in two phases. The first phase of construction will consist of a 78-foot wide superstructure. The second phase will consist of a varying width of 32 feet at the beginning (west end), gradually decreasing to 26 feet towards the middle, then gradually increasing to 40.5 feet at the east end of the bridge. Utilities extending into the Gobernadora Creek area between Planning Area 2 (PA-2) and PA-3 include the following Santa Margarita Water District facilities: a 30-inch Zone A Recycled Water Pipeline; a 20-inch Zone 1 Domestic Water Pipeline; and a 16-inch Sewer Force Main.
