The City proposes annexation of the 191.43-acre portion of the county island. Pre-zoning for the project area has been established as ML (Light Industrial), CH (Highway Commercial), SP (Special Purpose). This zoning shall be applied to the area upon annexation to the City of Upland. The pre-zoning process was a prerequisite to filing an annexation application with the Local Agency Formation Commission.
