The annexation area is the unincorporated area commonly known as "College Heights", encompassing approximately 342+/- acres within the City of Upland's southwestern sphere of influence. The area is generally bordered by the exisitng City of Upland boundaries along Foothill Boulevard on the north, Benson Avenue on the east, Arrow Route on the south, and the San Bernadino/Los Angeles County line (City of Claremont corporate boundary) on the west, within the County of San Bernadino.
