Document Description
Jaxon Enterprises has applied to Merced County (Major Modification Application No. MM 10-002) to add three new phases to the mine to allow extraction in those three new areas. The total tonnage and mine life, as well as the rates and methods of production, would remain the same as approved in Conditional Use Permit 99-009. In addition, methods of reclamation and post-reclamation uses would also be the same as for the previously approved phases.
